What should I do if I notice a change?
- Review the product description and any material information supplied with the purchase.
- Follow the dry-cloth care routine and keep perfume, oils and household products away from the beads.
- If you are concerned, contact support with the product name and explain what changed and how it has been worn.
Do not burn, heat, sand, soak or add fragrance to the bracelet as an experiment. Those actions change the item and do not provide a suitable home certification method.
Will an agarwood bracelet smell like oud perfume?
Do not use a finished perfume as the scent specification for a wood bead bracelet. Ask for the bracelet's own description rather than expecting the same strength or fragrance profile.
Does a stronger scent mean a better bracelet?
