Remove your PassionVita bead bracelet before showering, bathing or swimming. Care for the complete bracelet, including its wood or stone beads, cord, finish and accents. A stone bead's properties alone do not establish that the assembled bracelet is waterproof.
Why the whole bracelet matters
A piece can combine several materials with different care requirements. Do not apply a cleaning method intended for a loose gemstone to a wood-and-stone bracelet or a strung piece with unidentified accents.

What should I do if it gets wet?
- Take it off and gently blot visible moisture with a clean, soft cloth.
- Let it dry at room temperature in a ventilated place, away from direct sun and heaters. Do not use a hair dryer.
- Wait until the beads and cord are fully dry before wearing or putting it into a closed pouch.
- Check for loose knots, fraying, stretched cord or a changed surface. Stop wearing it if the construction looks compromised.

Is one accidental soak guaranteed to ruin it?
No outcome can be guaranteed from the exposure alone. Dry and inspect the piece; the material, construction and liquid involved all matter. Do not assume that an unchanged appearance proves the cord is undamaged.
Should I add oil to restore an agarwood bracelet's scent?
Do not add perfume or oil as a home repair. We do not promise that drying or storage will restore a particular scent strength.
